By accessing or using AegisCore ("the Service"), a Discord bot and web dashboard platform operated by Lumen Solutions ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

AegisCore is a multi-tenant Discord bot platform that provides:

FiveM server status tracking and player monitoring
Cross-server moderation tools including global bans
Guild linking and network management
Analytics and reporting dashboards
Discord server management commands

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Service in compliance with Discord's Terms of Service. By using AegisCore, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must authenticate via Discord OAuth. You are responsible for:

Maintaining the security of your Discord account
All activities that occur under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Violate Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
Harass, abuse, or harm other users
Issue false or malicious global bans
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Interfere with or disrupt the Service
Use the Service for any illegal or fraudulent purposes
Collect or harvest user data without consent

6. Global Ban System

The global ban feature allows administrators to share ban information across linked guilds. By using this feature:

You agree to use global bans responsibly and only for legitimate moderation purposes
You accept responsibility for any bans issued by your server's administrators
You understand that false or abusive global bans may result in suspension of your access
Banned users may appeal through the provided appeal process

7. Guild Linking

When linking guilds together, you represent that you have the authority to do so on behalf of those Discord servers. Linked guilds may share moderation data, player information, and ban lists as configured by their administrators.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Lumen Solutions and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LUMEN SOLUTIONS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through our Discord server or website. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Lumen Solutions operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
